The Montgomery Bus Boycott is one of the most profound events in American History, beginning with Rosa Parks refusing to give up her seat, to her getting arrested, to Martin Luther King Jr. being the front runner in organizing a bus boycott, to them ultimately winning when the reform for the desegregation of buses was enacted. Though victorious in their protest, it’s upsetting that they had to protest in the first place in order for the segregation of buses to come to an end.
