Speaking of 80s movie obsessions, I just recently found out about Cobra Kai. Wow. That’s all I can say. All-time die-hard fan of the Karate Kid movies, then this. Baffled and excited. How brilliant of them to make this series. I’ll be super busy for the next several months, but this is definitely on my “Unwind Time to-Watch List.” A little nervous to watch it, wondering how the older versions of the characters are, what has changed with the storyline, but nonetheless, I’m stoked to watch it =). Rest in peace, Pat Morita. I’ll miss him in this. If you haven’t seen the movies, watch the movies first before watching the TV series. You’ll enjoy the series more if you do so.
